Clockwork CRM now has a full product catalogue, sitting right next to your existing contacts, sales and cases. Create and manage products with SKU, code, price, cost and stock levels, each with its own description, manufacturer, tags, file attachments and highlight features. Products and services live side by side in the same module.
Variations, categories and measurements.
Add variations for different sizes, colours or configurations, each with its own SKU, price, cost and independent stock. Organise everything into hierarchical categories with unlimited nesting, and define measurements like weight, height or volume - with category rules that keep every edit form clean and relevant to the product type.
Stock you can trust.
Adjust stock via manual add or remove, stock take, return or damaged - every change logged with a timestamp, type, quantity and reason. Reserve stock against sales, set reorder points per product or variation, and let available stock be calculated for you. Stock changes even fire automation triggers, so low-stock alerts and reorder workflows run themselves.
Searchable, and connected.
Filter and sort the full catalogue by name, SKU, price, stock, category, manufacturer, tags and more, and export the results. A complete product API and Zapier support mean your catalogue is available wherever you need it.
