We've completely rebuilt the Calendar from the ground up. Activities can now be dragged to move them to a different time or day, and dragged from any edge to resize their duration - all without opening the edit form. Need a new entry? Just click and drag across any empty space to set the start and end time before the form even opens.
All-day events, done right.
All-day events are now supported as intended, appearing in a dedicated row at the top of the calendar rather than taking up a timed slot.
In sync, and shareable.
Real-time updates keep shared calendars in step across your whole team, and the current date now lives in the URL - so any view can be bookmarked and shared.
Recurrence that holds up.
Set events to repeat daily, weekly with specific day selection, monthly by date or by position - a "third Thursday" behaves exactly as you'd expect - or yearly. Decide when a series ends: never, after a set number of occurrences, or on a particular date. Individual occurrences can be cancelled or amended without breaking the rest of the series.
Attendees, RSVPs and resources.
Add people, companies and team members to any entry, and track who's organising, who's attending and who's responded. RSVP statuses update in real time, so you always know who is coming.
Meeting rooms, equipment and any other shared resource can be booked alongside the entry, each tracking its own availability with start and end times per booking. That's the end of the accidental double-booking.
Sharing beyond Clockwork CRM.
Share your calendar out to Outlook, Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or anything else that speaks ICS, choosing whether to expose everything, minimal details, or restricted information only. Incoming ICS invites arriving by email are linked to the matching calendar entry automatically.
Made to fit how you work.
Configure your working hours, working days, time increments and default view - settings that are yours alone and don't affect anyone else on your team. Switch between day, work week, week and month views, add a location or an online meeting link, assign colours, and mark anything private.
Every entry links back to the contacts, companies, cases, sales, projects and tasks it relates to, so a meeting about a deal shows up on the deal, and a follow-up call shows up on the case.
