CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management. It's software that helps you manage all your interactions with customers and prospects in one place - contacts, deals, emails, calls, projects, and more.

Clockwork is a genuine all-in-one platform. Where most CRMs make you buy separate tools for email marketing, project management, telephony, and case management, Clockwork includes all of them in every plan at no extra cost.
It's also UK-built, UK-hosted, and UK-supported - with no outsourced call centres or chatbots.

There is no limit on the number of contacts, companies, cases, sales, or projects you can create. Storage is included at 100GB (Professional) or 150GB (Business), with additional storage available at £1 per 10GB/month.
Pricing & billing
None. You get full access to every feature during the 14-day trial. Invite as many users as you like - no credit card required to start.
You'll be prompted to add a payment method to continue. If no payment method is provided within a week, the instance is automatically deleted. Your data is not accessible during this grace period.
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Payments are processed securely - we never see or store your card details.
Go to Administration Tools > Subscription Information inside Clockwork CRM. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time - no lock-in contracts.
Automation credits are consumed when automations run actions (one credit per action), when marketing sequences process a stage, or when form submissions create contacts. Credits reset monthly. Professional gets 1,000/month, Business gets 5,000/month.
The telephony features (power dialer, call recording, SMS, AI transcription) are included in every plan, but call and SMS charges are billed separately based on usage - similar to a phone bill. There are no hidden platform fees.
Data & security
All data is stored on Microsoft Azure infrastructure within the United Kingdom. Your database and file storage are both UK-hosted.
Yes. All data is encrypted at rest in both the database and file storage. All communication is encrypted in transit with TLS. User passwords are hashed with SHA-256 and individually salted.
Yes. You can export contacts, sales, cases, marketing data, and more as CSV files from within the application. The API also provides full programmatic access to your data.
Yes. As a UK-based company with UK data hosting, Clockwork CRM is fully compliant with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Features
Yes. Every feature is available on every plan - contacts, sales, cases, projects, email marketing, telephony, calendar, automations, sequences, file browser, knowledge base, and more. The difference between plans is the level of support, automation credits, and storage.
Yes. Clockwork supports custom fields on every entity, configurable workflows, white-label branding (your logo, colours, and domain), and a full plugin platform for building custom functionality. We also offer bespoke plugin development.
Yes - campaigns, sequences with visual drag-and-drop editors, landing pages with A/B testing, forms, and full UTM attribution tracking. All included in every plan.
Yes. Clockwork includes a power dialer for outbound calls, in-browser calling, dual-channel recording, AI-powered transcription with word-level playback, and SMS messaging. See Telephony Services.

Yes - over 80 webhook event types across every module. Webhooks fire instantly when records are created, updated, or deleted. Deliveries include HMAC-SHA256 signatures and retry automatically on failure.
Yes. The Clockwork Zapier integration includes 88 triggers, 24 actions, and 6 searches - connecting your CRM to 7,000+ apps. Triggers are instant (webhook-powered, not polling). See Zapier Integration.
Yes. Clockwork has an MCP server that connects to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, and other AI tools. Your AI can search contacts, create cases, manage deals, and more - using your existing API permissions. See AI Integration.
Yes. The plugin platform supports custom endpoints, database tables, UI injection, and marketplace-ready billing. You can build your own or we can build bespoke plugins for your business. See Plugins.
Support
Email support is included on all plans. Business plan users also get telephone support and video call training sessions. Visit our support page for details.
No. All support is provided in-house by the team that built Clockwork. No chatbots, no overseas call centres. When you contact us, you speak to someone who knows the product inside out.
Yes. Business plan users get 2 video call training sessions per month. Enterprise users get unlimited training. We also have an in-app knowledge base with guides and tutorials.
