Your data is stored on our Microsoft Azure backed servers within the United Kingdom.

All data both in the database and within the file system is encrypted at rest. User passwords are encrypted with SHA2-256 based encryption and then additionally salted.

All communication with Clockwork CRM is encrypted with 256 bit SSL 3.0 encryption.

There are no limitations put on the system in your free trial period. You are free to use the full extent of the system.
Invite additional users to use Clockwork CRM by going into the User Manager within the Administration panel.

Once you free trial period ends you won't be able to use the system without having a set payment method if you don't already have one.

Once your free trial period expires you will have the option to either pay monthly and continue using Clockwork CRM or end the subscription there. After a week of the free trial period ending, if no payment method is provided the instance will be automatically deleted.

Storage is not limited to 100GB, you can quite happily go over this, however we will charge a minimal amount of an extra £1.00 per 10GB per month for anything over 100GB.

This is simply for us to cover costs and prevent potential abuse.

Clockwork CRM supports all major credit and debit cards as payment methods.

To amend your subscription details go into the 'Administrator Tools' category within Clockwork CRM and click on the 'Subscription Information' app.

In there you can amend and change any part of your subscription, at any time.
