Turn on Sync on view and anyone already in your CRM is quietly refreshed the moment you open their profile, so their details never go stale.

Log a LinkedIn conversation to the contact's timeline in one click - the full message history is captured in order, with who said what and when. Turn on live message sync and new messages keep flowing into your CRM in the background for the contacts you track, even when you don't have the conversation open.
