Do I lose project management if I switch?
No, and this is the part people usually worry about. Clockwork CRM has a kanban board, a list view with nested subtasks, a Gantt timeline with dependency lines, and time tracking that calculates project cost from each team member's day rate. The project dashboard covers billable and non-billable hours, per-task costs and early warnings on tasks exceeding estimates.
ClickUp has a free tier - how does that compare?
ClickUp's free tier is genuinely generous for project management, and if project management is all you need it's hard to beat on price. The comparison only makes sense once you're trying to run customer relationships through it, at which point you're building a CRM by hand out of custom fields and paying for other tools to cover email, calls and marketing.
Can I move my data across from ClickUp?
