Ways to automate.

There are many ways to trigger an automation in Clockwork CRM, it could be that you want to send a marketing email to a contact when you add them. Maybe you want to send a report of which contacts are due for renewal this month.

You can choose various options from companies, people, sales and cases to trigger an automation from. You also have the option to pick specific days of the week and time.

But wait, what am I triggering?

You know you can trigger an automation, but you need to know what actions to perform. Clockwork CRM let's you pick from sending an email, whether it be a hand-written email, a stencil or a marketing template.

One other option is to update fields of the item you're triggering on (e.g. company, person, etc), you could even add a tag.

The more advanced action is to send a web request to an external API or service

Full control.

You have full control over your automations, you can quickly enable or disable your automations from the listing screen and see which automations have run on the automation runs screen.

  • Company registration number now has a max limit of 50 characters
