Creating a document template is easy, add your content & images. Then specify merge fields related to your contacts. Don't forget to add any headers or footers to make your documents look the part.
Clockwork CRM already has loads of merge fields available for you to use. You have the ability to create merge fields yourself, if you use custom fields, you'll want to take advantage of this. While creating merge fields, you also have an option to decide what to do in the event a field cannot be replaced.
Downloading documents is easy, select from the PDF or Microsoft Word formats, then choose the contacts or mailing list you'd like to generate documents for and hit download. You'll get a compressed ZIP file containing your documents to send as and when you need.
